• Compound Butters and Smoked / Flavored Salts
• Two-Bite Amuse Bouche-Style Dishes
• Brunch
• Tongue (you heard me)
• Mussels
• Spiced Teas
• Southern Food
• Lemon or Orange Flavors + Dark Chocolate
